A3

The A3 Process is a Continuous Improvement approach and problem-solving tool that is a simple and strict procedure that allows a group of people to exercise collaboration on the purposes, goals, and strategies of a task. It enforces learning and helps to prioritise tasks and encourages leadership. To accurately meet intended goals A3 motivates problem-solving, during the process and actively changes and adjusts when needed. A3 guides workers to follow a thinking process, communication, and construct consensus.
