Parth Bommakanti

Executive Director

Parth is a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and NLP Master Practitioner with over 30 years of leadership training and coaching, executive mentoring, business process transformation and corporate training experience.

His previous roles include leading large teams at Ford Motor Company and working as a General Manager at an Australian subsidiary at Japanese multinational, Sumitomo Ltd. Parth was responsible for engineering, business systems and safety before joining Vative as a lead Facilitator and Consultant.

Godwin Rapinett

Business Transformation Specialist

A skilled leader and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Godwin spent 20 years in various senior management roles at Ford Motor Company leading large teams in manufacturing and logistics divisions. Godwin’s role was to lead, train, coach and mentor teams to drive change in operational practices through the adoption of Lean Manufacturing methodologies. Other roles preceded his career at TOLL Express as State Continuous Improvement Manager before joining Vative as a Coach and Change Consultant.

Toby Cook

Business Transformation Specialist

Toby’s capability and experience has developed over 20 years through stringent and robust application of continuous improvement methodologies across various industries including Automotive, FMCG, Finance, Construction, Energy and Gas. Now he brings a strong specialisation for the Agribusiness sector to Vative. Coupling his Lean Six-Sigma expertise with an extensive background in Quality Management Systems (ISO9000, TS16949) and senior management positions, Toby boasts a proven record in strategising and facilitating transformational projects across numerous large-scale businesses.

Madhu Dason

Executive Director

Madhu developed Six Sigma and continuous improvement capability with Motorola, the home of Six Sigma. There, he became a certified FMEA instructor, a TPM leader and an experienced coach. Madhu further developed his Quality Management skills working for Australian Arrow PTY LTD Yazaki Corporation on critical components to automotive manufacturing, becoming highly proficient in Lean and Quality systems (ISO9001 and TS16949). Now, Madhu works at Vative as a Senior Facilitator and Director of the business.

Andy Suttle

Business Transformation Specialist

Andy boasts a career in a Human Resource Management, Learning and Development, People and Culture. A Black Belt trained professional stemming from her early career at Ford Motor Company, Andy has joined Vative to facilitate clients through organisational change. Stemming from her previous experience at Ford, Andy was responsible for all aspects of Learning and Development and cultural change within the manufacturing assembly plant of approximately 1500 employees.

Yvonne Gallien

A Lean Six Sigma specialist, Yvonne’s engineering and production experience began in Germany where she graduated in Bachelor of Industrial Engineering before moving to Australia to work for Ford Motor Company. Thereafter she was responsible for implementing Lean as a Systems Engineer at BOSCH. Joining Vative, Yvonne deployed business transformation projects across manufacturing and logistics before heading up Vative’s Agribusiness division. With highly advanced skills, Yvonne’s capability extends from e-learning to workplace-based material development.

Jetha has a long-standing career in leadership, implementing continuous improvement strategies and culture. With expertise in Lean facilitation in a range of industries, backed with a Bachelor in Engineering, MBA and mastery credentials in Lean, Jetha also heads up Vative’s Business Solutions department. Sitting on board several Non-for-Profit Organisations, his capabilities consist of deploying strategy, leadership development and operational excellence. A natural leader, Jetha manages large complex change management strategies through Lean Six Sigma principles.

Mike brings extensive and varied experience in management consulting, education and training, business process optimisation and operational excellence across broad industry sectors.

Steven is a qualified Manufacturing and Management Engineer with over 22 years hands on application of Lean and Six-Sigma methodology in various industries. Steven holds a proven record in formulating strategy, coaching and inspiring people to bring about sustainable long-term business improvement across a client base ranging from SME’s to multinationals. Steven has founded and co-founded many successful businesses including his charitable venture ShareTree, which is where he dedicates his philanthropic passions.

Theo is a self-driven businessman encompassing over 15 years’ experience across various leadership roles in consulting and education. With an appetite for entrepreneurship, Theo was responsible for executing Vative’s capacity within the accredited training market. Since then, he’s taken on the role of Chief Executive, managing several portfolios across the business. Theo utilises his skills as a business solutions specialist helping organisations build and deploy strategic continuous improvement plans through Lean Six Sigma channels.

Noreen proactively identifies solutions to problems, driving execution and delivering on deadlines within specifications and budget requirements. She demonstrates reliability and commitment with a focus on sustainability, innovation, business process re-engineering, change management and continuous improvement.

A technically astute Project Manager, Michael has a long-standing career in deploying Lean Six Sigma projects and facilitating the process of change management with cohorts across a various industry sectors. Michael’s Continuous Improvement journey commenced in the early 90’s whilst employed at GE which during this era, GE under Welch’s leadership adopted Motorola’s Six Sigma methodology to enable a large-scale productivity improvement.

Nicole Edwards

Head of Quality and Compliance

Nicole’s quality and compliance portfolio is responsible for the overall conformity of Vative’s Government regulated service contracts across the group’s two Registered Training Organisation licenses which provides our customers with access to our Academy products and services. Nicole also oversees the facilitation of employee enrolments into Vative Academy’s Nationally Accredited Training courses and customer satisfaction management and reporting.

When our customers are ready to deploy services, Clint is the operations leader responsible for coordinating it all and ensuring we meet our customer’s requirements. As the conduit communication line across all functions of the business, Clint’s responsible for ensuring our customers have a single point of call to synchronise everything they need. Clint’s role also oversees technology and technical aspects to ensure systems and processes work harmoniously for better and faster customer services.
