Executive Director

Parth is a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and NLP Master Practitioner with over 30 years of leadership training and coaching, executive mentoring, business process transformation and corporate training experience. His previous roles include leading large teams at Ford Motor Company and working as a General Manager at an Australian subsidiary at Japanese multinational, Sumitomo Ltd. Parth was responsible for engineering, business systems and safety before joining Vative as a lead Facilitator and Consultant.

Business Transformation Specialist

A skilled leader and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Godwin spent 20 years in various senior management roles at Ford Motor Company leading large teams in manufacturing and logistics divisions. Godwin’s role was to lead, train, coach and mentor teams to drive change in operational practices through the adoption of Lean Manufacturing methodologies. Other roles preceded his career at TOLL Express as State Continuous Improvement Manager before joining Vative as a Coach and Change Consultant.

Madhu developed Six Sigma and continuous improvement capability with Motorola, the home of Six Sigma. There, he became a certified FMEA instructor, a TPM leader and an experienced coach. Madhu further developed his Quality Management skills working for Australian Arrow PTY LTD Yazaki Corporation on critical components to automotive manufacturing, becoming highly proficient in Lean and Quality systems (ISO9001 and TS16949). Andy boasts a career in a Human Resource Management, Learning and Development, People and Culture. A Black Belt trained professional stemming from her early career at Ford Motor Company, Andy has joined Vative to facilitate clients through organisational change. Stemming from her previous experience at Ford, Andy was responsible for all aspects of Learning and Development and cultural change within the manufacturing assembly plant of approximately 1500 employees.

Yvonne Gallien

A Lean Six Sigma specialist, Yvonne’s engineering and production experience began in Germany where she graduated in Bachelor of Industrial Engineering before moving to Australia to work for Ford Motor Company. Thereafter she was responsible for implementing Lean as a Systems Engineer at BOSCH. Joining Vative, Yvonne deployed business transformation projects across manufacturing and logistics before heading up Vative’s Agribusiness division. With highly advanced skills, Yvonne’s capability extends from e-learning to workplace-based material development.

Head of Quality and Compliance

Nicole’s quality and compliance portfolio is responsible for the overall conformity of Vative’s Government regulated service contracts across the group’s two Registered Training Organisation licenses which provides our customers with access to our Academy products and services. Nicole also oversees the facilitation of employee enrolments into Vative Academy’s Nationally Accredited Training courses and customer satisfaction management and reporting.
