Sustaining a Continuous Improvement Culture

Parth, an Executive Director of Vative, has managed many large continuous improvement culture transformations in his decade plus time at Vative will share these experiences with three Government sector organisations to not only bust the myth that Lean Six Sigma cannot be applied and sustain in a services-based sector, though also share the strategy, the leadership values and beliefs, and tactical deployment that these organisations set to achieve their greatness.
