Sustaining a Continuous Improvement Culture
The Workshop is based on understanding the future state through “Hoshin Kanri” strategy deployment to ensure goal alignment and to understand the types of resistance to change that need to be managed to achieve success.
While Continuous Improvement is very much in vogue as an operational excellence mindset, more than 50% of organisations that start on their Continuous Improvement journey using Lean Six Sigma fail to sustain the gains that they initially achieve. (isixsigma.com “between 50% to 95% failure rate”).
In this complimentary workshop, we will explore 3 important steps to Gaining Momentum & Planning for Success:
- Plan for the Future State – Learn the principles of Hoshin Kanri (strategy deployment) to get alignment across the board
- Plan for Change – Understand the types of resistance to change that you can expect. We will explore this topic to get an appreciation and understanding of the changeable nature of people’s beliefs and attitudes.
- Plan for Success – You will exit this workshop having developed the most appropriate recipe for dealing with and overcoming Resistance to Change. You will also learn the secret to overcoming resistance to ANY change.
