Value Stream Map (VSM)

Value stream mapping (VSM) is a visual management method that demonstrates all critical steps in a specific process and easily quantifies the time and volume taken during all stages. VSM is used by visualising, analysing, and correcting all the steps in a product delivery process. VSM creates a comprehensive visualisation of all the steps in a work process and provides a single glance status report of each assignment’s process flow from beginning to end that helps in identifying where the current gaps are.
