How it works:

Swinburne Students who have graduated the Master of Supply Chain Innovation (including Vative’s Green Belt), have an exclusive opportunity to gain employment with Vative as a Transformation Practitioner. The role is open for casual, part-time and full-time depending on current employment availability.

What does a Transformation Practitioner do at Vative:

Guided by Vative’s senior team of Business Transformation Specialists who facilitate change management services across our client base, Transformation Practitioners focus would be providing though not limited to the following responsibilities: 

  • Assimilating with the frontline operations of our engaged clients to help drive process improvements on the frontline
  • Collecting data from the client’s operational value stream and supporting the design of the future state
  • Supporting the foundational functions of Continuous Improvement across the operational of our clients, mainly 5S, Visual Management and Standardisation projects
  • Supporting the implementation of process improvement projects
  • Providing intel and hands-on assistance to the Business Transformation Specialists
  • Providing follow-up support on administrative and compliance documentation from those undertaking training programs
