Supply chain and logistics organisations across Australia are forever innovating and developing new ways to deliver quality to their customers. The information and technology-rich, 21st century has called for supply chains to become predominantly decentralised. Therefore, no single entity is relied upon for complete control. This has created an immediate (and growing) demand for effective collaboration across different departments and/or organisations – particularly through technology.
