The Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Program is ideal for participants who are starting their Lean Six Sigma journey or would like a refresher on the foundational tools and methodologies of Lean Six Sigma. This self-paced online course is suitable for a wide range of participants across all levels of organisation: 

  • Executive Sponsors: High-level comprehension of Continuous Improvement methodologies      
  • Mid-Tier Management: Knowledge of deploying Continuous Improvement      
  • Operational Teams: Understanding of Continuous Improvement methods and tools

Yellow Belts work on small Continuous Improvement projects on their own or as part of a larger Continuous Improvement project under the guidance of a Green Belt.

Participants completing the course may also attain a Vative Yellow Belt Certificate, which is a Statement of Knowledge, upon successful completion of an online exam with a 75% pass rate.
