Madhu developed his Six Sigma and continuous improvement capability within Motorola, the home of Six Sigma methodology. While at Motorola Madhu became a certified FMEA instructor, a TPM team leader and an experienced coach before taking his skills abroad for over 14 years.

Relocating to Melbourne, Madhu further developed his Quality Management skills working for a Japanese Tier 1 automotive supplier (Australian Arrow PTY LTD/Yazaki Corporation) on critical components to the automotive manufacturing base becoming highly proficient in Lean and Quality systems (ISO9001 and TS16949). His final industry-based role, Madhu led the Technical and Quality department at a large white goods manufacturer before joining Vative and serving as a senior facilitator and Director of the business.
