Michael brings over 30 years of experience in Business Improvement and Transformation across both the private and public sectors. His work integrates Project Management, Change Management, and Process Improvement and Automation to deliver transformation programs that create sustainable, measurable impact.

Michael began his career in finance with Hewlett-Packard in Europe before moving into quality and process roles across Customer Service and Supply Chain, where he led regional and global teams in customer-centric improvement initiatives. In 2018, he transitioned to the public sector, joining Public Transport Victoria and later the Department of Transport and Planning. As Director of Business Improvement and Automation, he established and led a high-performing internal consultancy delivering more than 30 improvement and automation projects each year, while uplifting organisational capability and embedding a culture of continuous improvement across the department.
