Parth was a great teacher, I always felt included and was provided with a lot of VALUABLE USEABLE information that I can takeaway and implement not only in my own office but also in the warehouse as a whole. I recently completed the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt training sessions, and the experience was nothing short of outstanding.

Parth, our facilitator, demonstrated expertise in delivering the training. I've recently completed my submission for the accreditation of Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma methodology.

In order to achieve this, I attended in-person classes (which I have left a review for in the past), and completed hours of workplace-based application of the methodology in the form of a Process Improvement Initiative.

As part of Vative's excellent support framework (which really pushes and aids learners in obtaining successful accreditation), we had access to hours of mentorship and coaching with a Vative Black Belt practitioner. I was personally assigned to Godwin Rapinett, who coached me through all stages of my project completion.

I'd like to thank and commend Godwin's approach to mentorship and coaching - Godwin achieves the perfect balance between clarity/being direct with instruction and feedback, and putting learners at ease with a kind word or a joke.

Despite some personal hurdles which posed challenges to my completion of my project, my check in and coaching sessions helped me to get back on track and successfully submit my project. Godwin helped 'remove the noise' from the task at hand and be very focused and precise in setting expectations and suggesting ways in which challenges could be overcome.

I really appreciate Godwin (and Parth, the wider team at Vative) for the patience and kindness that they show learners who are completing this accreditation.

I attended a recent LEAN Six Sigma course run by Vative which was offered both in person and online. Those of us opting for online were engaged and included seamlessly through quality AV, and collaborative online tools bridging the usual gap with in person learning. I found the delivery to be comprehensive and engaging with both Parth and Madhu adding anecdotes and examples from their many years of experience. The Green Belt LSS course I just completed through Vative in Glen Waverley was run by Madhu and Parth. To say that they were great facilitators would perhaps be the world's greatest understatement.

I found Parth's presentation and teaching skills particularly engaging - he was able to translate 'face value' complex theory to workplace application for the whole group in an empowering way. Both of them were very attentive to learning needs and group dynamic and pace, and 'left no person behind'.

I was impressed with their continued focus on building learner's confidence in using the LSS tools, I have personally felt enriched and better equipped to roll out my Green belt project at work after frequenting this course.

Phenomenal facilitators! I was very fortunate to receive Green Belt Lean Six Sigma training facilitated by Parth and Madhu, and WOW I am so impressed! Parth is an outstanding facilitator with a huge wealth of knowledge, and Madhu was able to break down complex topics so they were digestible, and easy to understand.
I learnt so much within the 4 days training and felt so inspired and engaged through-out.
