Chris is passionate to deliver purposeful training and education from the Front line through to the Executive Suite, aligned with enabling practical change and results. Chris started his career in the Australian manufacturing and resources sector and has had roles in engineering, manufacturing, senior leadership and business improvement arenas. He is a strong advocate of personal engagement with individuals to collectively create a cultural change within organisations.
