Vative AgriBusiness GM | Business Transformation Specialist

A highly motivated Lean Six Sigma specialist Yvonne’s engineering and production experience began in Germany where she graduated in Bachelor of Industrial Engineering before moving to Australia to head up the production plant at Ford Motor Company and thereafter responsible for implementing Lean as a Systems Engineer at BOSCH.

Joining Vative, Yvonne deployed various business transformation projects across the manufacturing and logistics before heading up Vative’s Agribusiness division to drive continuous improvement throughout Australia’s agriculture sector. With highly advanced skills in bespoke program design and content creation across the Lean Six Sigma disciplines, Yvonne’s capability extends across from e-learning to workplace-based material development.
