The Leading for Continuous Improvement (CI) Breakfast Workshops have a specific focus of developing leadership commitment and cultivating a culture of CI. The workshops are designed for leaders of CI who are the agents of change to establish improvements in Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery and Environment by motivating and empowering People.
