” Do you really understand the impact of Operations Excellence on your entire business? “
Operations Excellence is a holistic approach to creating a competitive advantage for your organization. It involves implementing and sustaining improvements that covers the five essential functions of:
- Human Resources
- IT, Marketing and Procurement
- Account Management and Business Development, and
- Continuous Improvement
These five functions must be implemented and sustained for the long-term success and growth of any organisation. Only when a coordinated and sustained approach is implemented can an organisation create a competitive advantage. This advantage is achieved through total reliability of goods and/or services adding value to the organisation, superior leadership, a streamlined organisation and strong underlying capabilities.
Upon completion of the information session, you will have gained an understanding of the processes, systems, tools and culture around Operational Excellence and how each business function of an organisation is integral to creating success.
