Neil is an accomplished Continuous Improvement leader gaining his strong foundation in Lean and business improvement from his time at Toyota in the UK, Europe, and Japan. Neil has an impressive 20 years of experience of designing and delivering operational and strategic business improvement projects for sustainable change across multiple industries and countries.

A highly respected Management Engineer with extensive practical experience at end- to-end new product introductions in the automotive sector, Neil continued to work with varied cultures as well as working across multiple sectors when he transitioned into consulting. Focused on outcome-based business, systems and process improvement, Neil has a personal passion for supporting businesses develop and scale through team alignment by developing clear strategies with pragmatic tactical execution supported by flexible, proven tools and methodologies.
