A highly skilled and seasoned leader and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Godwin spent 20 years in various senior management roles at Ford Motor Company leading large teams across its manufacturing and logistics divisions.
During his long standing tenure at Australia’s largest automotive organisation Godwin’s prominent role was to lead, train, coach and mentor teams to drive change in operational practices and behaviours through the adoption of Lean Manufacturing
methodologies, other roles in quality and material planning preceded his career at TOLL Express as the State Continuous Improvement Manager for over 3 years before joining Vative as experienced Coach and Change Consultant.
