The Workshop is based on understanding the purpose of CI, the importance of leadership alignment and the critical success factors that ensure everyone is on board the CI journey.
While CI is very much in vogue as an operational excellence mindset, more than 50% of organisations that start on their CI journey using Lean Six Sigma fail to sustain the gains that they initially achieve. (isixsigma.com “between 50% to 95% failure rate”).
In this breakfast workshop, we will explore the mindset and tools that can deliver sustainable and long-term benefits from Continuous Improvement. Evidence suggests that the mindset of leadership and the creation of a resourceful CI culture will lead to sustained growth. We will cover the following:
- The Purpose of Continuous Improvement
- The Core Values and Leadership Alignment
- Leading through Change – what most people forget
- Critical Success Factors to deliver meaningful outcomes
- How to grow a “Kaizen (CI) Culture”
