Andy boasts a career in a Human Resource Management, Learning and Development, People and Culture. A Black Belt trained professional stemming from her early career at Ford Motor Company, Andy has joined Vative to facilitate clients through organisational change.
Stemming from her previous experience at Ford, Andy was responsible for all aspects of Learning and Development and cultural change within the manufacturing assembly plant of approximately 1500 employees.
