Coupling his Lean/Six-Sigma expertise with an extensive background in Change, Business and Quality Management and Senior/Executive Management and Consulting positions within benchmark Lean/Six-Sigma organisations (Robert Bosch, Motorola, InfoM8Direct and Vative). Steven also holds a proven record in formulating a strategy, coaching and inspiring people to bring about sustainable long term Business Improvement across a client base ranging from SME’s to large and complex multinationals. Steven is also an expert in performance incentive systems and profit sharing business models.

Madhu possesses a masters degree in Physics and has taught and worked as a research assistant hence beginning his journey into the area of continuous improvement as a scientist. He then left the academic field and worked with the Motorola Semiconductor Sector beginning as a process development engineer and later into a full-fledged role as a process design and development manager within the technical community for Motorola and On Semiconductor. During his tenure in the technical community, Madhu obtained a number of patents and has published articles and presented his work in technical forums around Asia for Motorola and as an IEEE senior member. Madhu was also instrumental in developing and training in Motorola as a certified FMEA instructor and a TPM team leader and coach. In total, Madhu contributed to Motorola for a total of 14 years.

More recently, Madhu relocated to Melbourne, Australia to a Quality management role for a Japanese Tier 1 automotive supplier of critical components to the automotive manufacturing base and hence is skilled in automotive Lean and Quality systems (ISO9001 and TS19649). He then worked in a quality and technical role in a whitegoods company as a technical consultant introducing a quality system and co-developed a customer service CRM software solution. Madhu then joined the Vative group as a Lean Six Sigma Business Coach and is currently completing his black belt qualifications.
