  • The difference between value-add and non-value add tasks
  • How to plan and execute an effective Lean Six-Sigma project
  • How to engage your team in process analysis
  • Lean Six-Sigma tools and techniques to make fact-based decisions
  • An introduction to Minitab statistical analysis software
  • A globally recognized competency to add to your tool kit of knowledge

Statement of Knowledge: Following the training, all participants will receive a “Statement of Knowledge” upon completion of an online exam. This is included in the training.

Full Certification: Participants will be required to have the “Statement of Knowledge” and complete an improvement project to demonstrate skills. An additional $1,000 + GST will apply for full certification, which includes 4 hours of one on one coaching by a Lean Six-Sigma Black Belt coach and project assessment.
