Vative Agribusiness (Vative’s dedicated Agriculture divison) will be hosting an Agribusiness breakfast workshop at the Mornington Golf Club on the 25th February 2016.
In the interest of helping the agribusiness sector expand, Vative Agribusiness will be bringing together individuals working in Agriculture to discuss best practice around maximising yield and decreasing costs. Through benchmarking, all attendees will have the opportunity to share their experiences and outcomes. Toby Cook from Vative Agribusiness will be there to lead the workshop and provide real-life case studies around how best practice in Agribusiness is achieved, and will provide each attendee with an Agribusiness Health Check booklet, used to identify gaps in your processes.
The workshop is restricted to 20 attendees and is limited to the Agribusiness space. Breakfast will be provided, with an opportunity for networking.
Toby Cook, from Vative Agribusiness is a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, with decades worth of experience in helping farmers and business owners alike, grow their businesses through process improvement. “Most farmers and Agribusiness owners are still using methods that are no longer be as effective as they once were” says Cook. “That’s not how the bigger businesses became successful – in fact, it’s far more transparent than you may think, and doesn’t require deep pockets to implement”.
