According to Jetha, Vative’s group CEO, the yoghurt making process is akin to how leaders can approach to cultivate a great team culture within their organisation. Yes, its an interesting twist that will surprise you.
Culture is a word we often hear when things are not going so well within a team or an individual or on the other extreme when things are going great. Consciously or unconsciously we all know that organisational culture plays a vital role to keep individuals and teams happy, and hence performing at their best. Culture is the mortar that keeps the bricks together to hold whatever that matters to us.
Every culture has its differences and unique qualities, however universally culture is about motivating a team of individuals and making sure they have a fun and a productive working environment. This breakfast event will cover some key elements to cultivate great culture as well as sustain it.
This event will give you an understanding about:
- Cultivating gratitude through character acknowledgements
- The importance of being aligned to organisational purpose, vision and goals
